Shipping:

We strive to ship all orders within 1 business day of receipt and in-stock orders placed before 12:00pm will generally ship the same day. DIGISTOR offers a range of standard ground and expedited shipping options from FedEx, USPS and LTL carriers. Available shipping methods, costs and transit times will vary based on the weight, value and destination of your particular shipment. Transit times average 2 – 5 days for shipments within the United States and 3-8 days for international orders. When ordering online you will have the option to change your shipment method prior to checkout and payment processing.

Business accounts with established net terms or a valid credit card authorization on file may route shipping through any specified carrier or forwarder of their choice for collect or 3 rd party billing.

Shipping Insurance:

All orders placed online and shipped through our preferred carriers are insured for loss or damage during shipment. When using a customer specified carrier for freight collect or 3 rd party billing, DIGISTOR will declare value on your shipment and request carrier insurance on your behalf. Customers requesting no transportation insurance must complete and return a shipping insurance waiver.

Shipping Damage:

If a product is damaged, please contact us with your order number and a detailed explanation of the damage. If possible please send a digital photograph of the damage and also make a notation of the damage with the shipping carrier when signing for delivery.

Order Status:

Once an order ships the tracking number and carrier details will be emailed to you. Please be sure to check your email spam folder as this automated mean can sometimes get flagged as junk mail. Additionally, you can login at www.digistor.com/myaccount to check order status, print invoices or access shipment tracking information.

Order Changes / Cancellations:

We will make every effort to accommodate order changes and cancellations; however orders cannot be changed once they are released to the warehouse for fulfillment. See terms and conditions for additional details regarding order cancellations.

Return Policy and RMA:

Sales Tax:

Orders that are shipped to any address in California are subject to sales tax. If you are buying products for resale and would like tax exempt status, you can complete and return a Sales and Use Tax certificate.
